I'm Andy Saint-Ilma, an operations consultant based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who spent over a decade inside manufacturing, distribution, and workforce organizations before founding Operational Clarity Group.
In that time, I managed more than 200 concurrent projects, led a Salesforce Field Service implementation for a 600+ technician workforce, rebuilt a procurement data model that eliminated months of manual reconciliation, and delivered a $200K waste-reduction initiative for a major manufacturer.
I built this practice on one conviction: the best operations consulting comes from people who have lived inside the complexity, not just observed it from outside. Every recommendation I make, I've stress-tested against real organizations with real constraints.
